Specific Roles as GEA

We coordinate all administrative and legal requirements for the companies and employees to ensure a legally correct and hassle-free start in Germany.

1. Information Provider

for German Companies about target countries and qualification standards, immigration and work law.

2. HR Specialist

for profiling of applicants and candidate search in the target country. Preselection of candidates and interview organisation.

3. Assistant

for foreign applicants regarding government requirements, company application procedures, guided job interviews and contract negotiations.

4. Coordinator

of the administrative procedures s.a. approval from German Job Agency, contract registration Chamber of Commerce, communication with German Embassy abroad, coordination with German Immigration Authority.

5. Supporter

of new employees during onboarding and act as the contact point for further assistance.
