Your Way to Germany

The students will receive excellent training during the studies. Programs in Indonesia will prepare students with a strong foundation of practical and theoretical skills. This knowledge will be very useful for international level advanced training in Germany.

First Degree: Diploma I Indonesia

After finalising a two-semester program in Indonesia with a generalistic focus on:

you will be awarded Diploma I / Certificate III

Fachprüfung Ausbildung Germany (equivalent to Diploma III)

After finalising 4 or 6 semesters (depending on your career focus), you will be awarded Diploma III / Certificate Fachprüfung IHK in Germany.

There are seven options for your career focus:

Skilled Gastronomy Worker (4 Semesters) > (Spesialis Restaurant)
Specialist Restaurant & Event Gastronomy (6 Semesters) > (Spesialis Restaurant & Acara)
Specialist in System Gastronomy (6 Semesters) > (Spesialis untuk Sistem Gastronomi)
Skilled Kitchen Worker (4 Semesters) > (Spesialis Dapur)
Cook (6 Semesters) > (Koki)
Hotel Industry Expert (6 Semesters) > (Spesialis Hotel)
Management Assistant Hotel Industry (6 Semesters) > (Asisten Manajemen Industri Hotel)

Program Structure

The students will receive excellent training during their studies. The program in Indonesia will prepare the students with a solid foundation of practical and theoretical skills. This knowledge will be of utmost benefit for advanced training at an international level in Germany.

INDONESIA
Diploma:	D I Hospitality / Certificate III
Duration:	2 Semester, full-time at college
Location:	Denpasar, Indonesia
Focus:	Food Production Food & Beverage Service Hotel Front Office / Housekeeping
Extra Curriculum:	intensive German language course Preparation training for Germany Seminars and workshops about working and living in Germany
Note:	The practical training for D1 Indonesia will be covered in Germany during the first semester.
Institution:	According to government permit and following the official government requirements, the hospitality college holds the eligibility to provide training courses in the field of the Hospitality Industry. It is authorised to issue certificates/diplomas according to the requirements and regulations set by the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower/Education.
Course Fee:	A course fee for two semester D I program applies.

GERMANY
Diploma:	D III Hospitality / Certificate Fachprüfung IHK (Expert Degree Fachkraft/mann)
Duration:	4-6 Semesters (depending on Focus Area)
Attendance:	2 days per week at a vocational school 3 days per week at a training company
Location:	Major cities in Germany
Focus:	Individual choice of one of seven German focus areas (Ausbildungsberufe)
Extra curriculum:	According to students’ capacity, additional qualification components can be added and certified. Optional German language course, Level B2, if needed
Institution:	The training will be coordinated and supervised by the German Chamber of Commerce and Industry on behalf of the German Government. The examination body for the program is as well the chamber of commerce. Hence, the chamber is the only official institution to issue related training certificates/diplomas. The training companies/organisations are certified and fulfil high requirements and standards set by the government. The vocational schools for the theoretical part of the training are German government schools.
Training Company:	We will identify and propose suitable training companies and prepare the students for interview and placement assessment.
Course Fee:	The participation of the training program in Germany is free. Students will receive a training remuneration of min. 1.100 Euro per month. (Expenses for Visa, certificates, ticket, etc. have to be borne by the trainee.)
